- How long does delivery take?
- All orders are generally dispatched the next working day and delivered within 1-2 working days to the UK, 4-6 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. If you select Next Working Day delivery and your order is received by 10am Monday to Thursday your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following day.
- Has my order been dispatched?
- Once your order has been dispatched a dispatch confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. You can also track the progress of your order by logging into your account.
- Will I be charged Import Duty and VAT?
- Import Duty and VAT is charged only once your order reaches its destination country. We have no control over the import charges that are applied by the local customs. We would suggest contacting your local customs and excise department to check on any charges that may be due before you order so as to not be surprised by any unexpected charges.
- Do you delivery to work addresses?
- We do deliver to work addresses, simply enter your work address when completing the checkout.
- Do you delivery to BFPO addresses?
- We do deliver to BFPO addresses, delivery is charged at the same rate for normal UK delivery.

- Is it safe to order online?
- Yes it is 100% safe to order online. All payments are processed securely over encyrypted pages to ensure your financial details remain perfectly safe and secure.
- Returns & Replacements
- How do I return my order?
- Simply complete the returns form enclosed with your order and pop it back in the post to us within 14 days of receipt.
- I received the wrong item, what do I do?
- Simply complete the returns form enclosed with your order and pop it back in the post to us asap, once we receive it back we will send your replacement or refund straight away. Return postage will also be refunded.
- I have lost my returns form?
- No problem, you can print a replacement returns note from here.
- Have you received my returned order yet?
- All returns are processed within 10 working days from the date they are received back to us, but are generally processed within only a few days. Once your order has been processed we will email to you let you know.
- Ordering
- Do I need to register to order?
- No, you do not need to register to order with us. But if you do register you will benefit from being able to track your order, store your details, create wish lists any many more member only benefits.
- Do you have a size guide?
- Our size guide can be found by clicking the size chart link under the product description on each product page.
- Can you give me more information on your products?
- We try to include as much information on each product as possible including a description, plenty of images, and product care information. If we have missed anything or you would like more information, please contact us and we will do our best to include it.
- How do I pay for my order?
- At the end of the checkout process you will have to opportunity to submit your payment by your selected payment method.
- What currencies can I use?
- Currently we are only able to accept payment in GB Pound Sterling.
- When will I be charged?
- All payments will be charged on completion of the checkout.
- I have a discount code, how do I use this?
- When completing the checkout, please enter your discount code in the discount code box and click continue, this will then update your shopping bag with the correct discount. You will then be able to select your payment method for any outstand amount and complete your order.
- Can I amend of cancel my order?
- Unfortunately we are unable to amend orders for a different product, size, colour, delivery address or payment method. All orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched, simply send us an email through the contact page with your order number and we will be able to cancel your order and refund your payment. Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched it is not possible to cancel your order, you can however return the order in its original condition for a full refund. - At the end of the checkout process you will have to opportunity to submit your payment by your selected payment method.

- How do I view my order history?
- To view your order history please log into your account where you will be able to view full details on all orders and track the progress of any current orders.
- Updating Account Information
- How do I update my account information?
- Simply log into your account where you will be able to change your delivery addresses, email, password, and personal details.
- Technical
- I can not log into my account?
- If you have forgotten your password, this can be reset by following the forgotten password link on the login pages. Enter your email address and a new password will be sent.
- I have forgotten my email address to login?
- Unfortunately if you have forgotten your email address to login, you will need to register with a new account and email address as we are unable to reset email addresses.
